I can admit to being in a very creative period right now. I enjoy doing my art and writing my fiction - even though the art has sort of taken over for the past few days. Got my new tablet about a week or so ago and its really helped a lot with motivating me to trya nd finish things. Been two or three years since I last worked with a tablet and I had forgotten how much it does speed up the process and how much more natural it feels darwing with one.

I can however also admit that I spend way to much time staring at half nude men - but it is for art, I promise. See about three or so weeks ago I started to really feel creative and inspired due to playing Biowares latest awesome game Dragon Age 2 - and just as with last years big Bioware game it really hit home with me and I am once again absorbed into fan art. This time however it has been that Broody Elf (and I'm not normaly a fan of elves in games) named Fenris. The character just completley knocked me over since I was so certain i would not like him.

Now a couple of weeks later I have somwhere between a half a dossen to a dossen pictures in diffrent stages of completion - all featuring Fenris... And pretty much all being shirtless for some reason, but still wearing his wristguards and gauntlets. The shirtless part I do blame on my bleoved Demon who convinced me to draw the first fenris I did wit´hout shirt but after that I just got stuck on it. I've actually avoided drawing humans and people as much as possible since I just don't like it.. Three weeks of shirtless Fenris is however changing my view of drawing human(oid)s - because I am starting to enjoy it. I'm even starting to find that Human anatomy is not as horrible as I used to feel it was.

Now why he is always wearing his gauntlets... thats another story that I will not tell at the moment. XD
Lets just let it stay with it being an unhealthy facination...

Now its off to prep some for dinner....
